update

I'm pretty tired today. I had a full weekend on top of a previous full weekend. Last weekend, husband and I substitute parented while my sister and her husband went out of town. It's not hard per se, keeping two kids fed, dressed, pottied and non-sleep-deprived. It's just constant. I'm sure every parent will chuckle at me. Knowing this in theory is different from actually doing it. It takes just about every moment of the day. If you're not changing a diaper or blending food or rocking one of them, you're doing it for the other. These are good kids, so the weariness was satisfying. And being with them was sweet. Matt came out of the weekend with his life long record of zero diaper-changes intact. :p
